simulators all within EAAC’s main building.

MCC training is conducted in L10-11 Tristar or
Boeing 737
JOC training is conducted in Boeing 727.
Airline Assessments may be conducted in 727, 737
or 747.

STAFF
Captain Michael Boulton - Head of
Training
Captain Michael Boulton has over 32
years of flying experience with over
15,000 of flight time. Since becoming a
qualified instructor in 1984 he has
successfully trained 100’s of students
now flying for leading Airlines.
Combining his corporate flying in the
Jetstream Citation with Charter flying
for A & G Aviation, Captain Boulton
doesn’t like to be grounded for too
long. Whilst also Instructing at this
time Captain Boulton then went on to set
up Simulator Training Services in 2001.
Due to STS’s huge success the natural
progression was to launch Professional
Flight Training Ltd gaining his own
approvals and enabling the training of
students for the full Commercial Pilot
Licence and Instrument Ratings.

Captain Cliff Rand - Chief Flying Instructor
CPL & IR
Captain Rand trained at Bournemouth in
1997. He qualified as a flying
instructor following a busy career
running his own company. He is a highly
valued member of our team and very
popular with our students. With 1400
hours of flight training instruction he
has achieved an IR First Time Pass Rate
of 68%. |

PFT Operates at Bournemouth International
Airport, with ideal conditions for your flight
training due to the airport facilities and
generally the best weather in the UK. This is
also home to the CAA Flight Test Centre.
